摘要
生物物理学科交叉型研究生的创新能力对于学科发展与科技进步具有重要意义。通过对生物物理学科交叉型研究生现状的剖析,发现其创新能力培养过程中主要存在着科技资源配置的约束、协调机制不健全、培养模式固化三个问题,针对这些问题提出相应的解决方案:构建生物物理交叉学科资源共享平台,促进两学科资源互惠;成立生物物理交叉学科研究生社团,活跃交叉学科学术创新氛围;优化生物物理研究生培养策略,保证复合型创新人才培养质量。
The innovation ability of interdisciplinary graduate students in biophysics is of great significance to the development of the subject and the progress of science and technology.Type of biophysical interdisciplinary graduate status quo analysis,found the main process of its innovation ability training in science and technology resources allocation constraints exist training mode,coordination mechanism is not sound,curing three problems,to solve these problems put forward the corresponding solutions:build biophysical interdisciplinary resources sharing platform,promote mutual disciplinary resources;Establish biophysics interdisciplinary graduate student associations to activate interdisciplinary academic innovation atmosphere;Optimize the training strategy of biophysics graduate students to ensure the training quality of compound innovative talents.
