Diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases in the era of precise,intelligent and minimally invasive surgery

摘要 血管疾病的诊治经历了开放手术时代、血管腔内微创时代,随着血管腔内介入手术机器人的突破,数字化、信息化的快速发展以及人工智能的应用,将步入精准智能微创时代。本文从血管疾病的诊断与评估、血管腔内治疗以及术后治疗与随访三个方面,对血管疾病诊治的精准智能微创时代的蓝图进行描述与展望。 The diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases has experienced the era of open surgery and endovascular minimally invasive surgery.With the breakthrough of endovascular interventional robot,the rapid development of digitalization and informatization and the application of artificial intelligence,it will enter the era of precise,intelligent and minimally invasive surgery.This paper describes and provides new insights into the blueprint of diagnosis and treatment for vascular diseases in such era including three aspects:diagnosis and evaluation,endovascular treatment and postoperative treatment as well as follow-up.
