New Progress of Tracheal Stent Implantation in Airway Stenosis

气道狭窄患者可出现不同程度的呼吸困难,甚至窒息死亡,严重影响了患者的生活质量。气管支架在临床中的应用取得了很好的效果,这项技术已经成为不可手术的气道狭窄患者治疗过程中极其重要的手段。但这项技术还有很大的发展空间,该文就近年来气管支架的研究进展,以及新型支架在气道狭窄中的应用前景及未来的发展方向进行综述,旨在为临床医生提供参考和方向。

Patients with airway stenosis can have varying degrees of dyspnea,and even suffocation death,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.The clinical application of tracheal stent has achieved good results,this technique has become a very important means in the treatment of inoperable patients with airway stenosis.However,there is still a lot of room for development in this technology.This paper reviews the research progress of tracheal stents in recent years,as well as the application prospect and future development direction of new stents in airway stenosis,in order to provide reference and direction for clinicians.
