双向全桥LLC谐振变换器的数字控制设计与仿真

摘要 介绍了双向全桥LLC谐振变换器拓扑与其工作原理,利用基波近似法(Fundamental Harmonic Approximation,FHA)分析了LLC变换器拓扑谐振网络的等效电路模型,并得出全桥LLC谐振变换器的直流电压增益特性。提出了双向全桥LLC谐振变换器的电压环和电流环双环控制技术,LLC谐振网络电流经整流滤波采样后为内环电流环的反馈信号,以便于数字信号处理(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)控制。通过PSIM软件的仿真,仿真结果验证了其可行性和正确性。 The topology and working principle of the bidirectional full-bridge LLC resonant converter are introduced,the equivalent circuit model of the resonant network of the bidirectional full-bridge LLC converter topology is analyzed by using Fundamental Harmonic Approximation(FHA),and the DC voltage gain characteristics of full bridge LLC resonant converter are obtained.The voltage loop and current loop dual-loop control technology of the bidirectional full-bridge LLC resonant converter are proposed,and the LLC resonant network current is sampled by rectification filtering as the feedback signal of the inner loop current loop,which is convenient for Digital Signal Processor(DSP)control.The simulation is carried out by PSIM software,and the simulation results are verified to be correct and feasible.
