摘要 目的:分析生物反馈疗法对焦虑症患者神经递质及细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月随州市曾都医院收治的焦虑症患者开展此次研究与分析,共计80例。按照随机数字表法,将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。其中对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合生物反馈疗法。治疗干预8周后,对比两组治疗前后的焦虑情况(SAS评分、HAMA评分)、神经递质[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和神经肽(NPY)]、细胞因子水平[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、生活质量评分(SF-36评分)。结果:经过不同的治疗干预8周后,两组焦虑情况均较治疗前显著改善,与对照组相比,研究组SAS评分、HAMA评分均明显降低(P<0.05);两组神经递质水平均较治疗前显著改善,与对照组相比,研究组5-HT、NE、NPY均明显更高,DA、MPO均明显更低(P<0.05);两组细胞因子水平均较治疗前显著改善,与对照组相比,研究组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β、IFN-γ水平均明显更低(P<0.05);两组SF-36评分各维度评分均较治疗前显著改善,与对照组相比,研究组SF-36评分各维度评分均明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:对于焦虑症患者而言,实施生物反馈疗法的效果较为理想,其可有效降低患者的焦虑评分,改善其5-HT、DA、IFN-γ等神经递质及细胞因子水平,而且提高了患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To analyze the effects of biofeedback therapy on neurotransmitters and cytokine levels in patients with anxiety disorder.Method:From December 2019 to December 2020,80 cases with anxiety disorder in Suizhou Zengdu Hospital was selected and analyzed.According to a random number,they were divided into control group and research group,40 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated routine treatment,and the study group was combined with biofeedback therapy based on the control group.Eight weeks after treatment,anxiety conditions(SAS score,HAMA score),neurotransmitter[5-hydroxylamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),myeloperoxidase(MPO)and neuropeptide(NPY)],cytokine level[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6,interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],quality of quality score(SF-36 score)before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Result:After 8 weeks of different treatment interventions,the anxiety of patients in the two groups had significant improvements than those before treatment,compared with the control group,the SAS score and HAMA score of the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The levels of the neurotransmitter of the two groups had a significant improvement than those before treatment,compared with the control group,the 5-HT,NE,NPY of the study group were significantly higher,and DA,MPO were significantly lower(P<0.05).The cytokine levels in the two groups had significant improvements than those before treatment,and IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β,IFN-γlevels in the study group were significantly lower compared to the control group(P<0.05);SF-36 scores of the two groups had a significant improvement than those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the SF-36 scores of the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with anxiety,it is ideal for the effect of biofeedback therapy.It can effectively reduce the patients’anxiety score,improve the neurotransmitter and cytokine levels such as 5-HT,DA,IFN-γ,and it can greatly improve the quality of life of patients and has high clinical application value.
