宫腔镜手术在子宫内膜息肉患者中的治疗效果及对性激素水平的影响

Effect of Hysteroscopic Surgery in Endometrial Polyps and Its Influence on Sex Hormone Levels

目的:探讨宫腔镜手术在子宫内膜息肉患者中的治疗效果及对性激素水平的影响。方法:选择2018年1月-2021年12月于丰城市人民医院接受治疗的80例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组行常规刮宫术治疗,观察组行宫腔镜手术治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗后3个月的月经量、子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平。结果:治疗后3个月,观察组月经量少于对照组,子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组雌二醇(E_(2))、催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)及促卵泡激素(FSH)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组VEGF水平低于对照组,Hb水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的效果较好,有效调节月经情况,增加子宫内膜厚度,有效提高性激素水平,明显改善患者VEGF水平、Hb水平,有利于患者的快速康复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic surgery in patients with endometrial polyps and its influence on sex hormone levels.Method:A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyps treated in Fengcheng City People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional curettage,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery.The menstrual blood volume,endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and hemoglobin(Hb)levels before and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:3 months after treatment,the menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the level of VEGF in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of Hb was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps has a good effect,which can effectively regulate menstruation,increase endometrial thickness,effectively improve the level of sex hormones,significantly improve the level of VEGF and Hb,and is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
