家庭化产科护理对产妇母婴结局及母乳喂养能力的影响

The Influence of Home-based Obstetric Nursing on Maternal and Infant Outcome and Breastfeeding Ability of Primipara

目的:探讨家庭化产科护理在产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6-11月抚州市第一人民医院收治的90例产妇,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行家庭化产科护理。比较两组分娩情况、母婴结局、母乳喂养情况和母乳喂养效能。结果:观察组第一、二、三产程时间均短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分、纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组,不良母婴结局、混合喂养率、人工喂养率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组母乳喂养技巧、产妇心理活动评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭化产科护理能够缩短产妇产程时间,改善母婴结局,增强孕妇母乳喂养能力,有助于提高母乳喂养率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of home-based obstetric nursing in primiparas.Method:A total of 90 primiparas admitted to First People’s Hospital of Fuzhou City from June to November 2021 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received home-based obstetric nursing on the basis of the control group.The delivery situation,maternal and infant outcomes,breastfeeding situation and breastfeeding effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Result:The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the neonatal Apgar scores and exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the adverse maternal and infant outcomes,mixed feeding rate and artificial feeding rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of breastfeeding skills,maternal mental activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Home-based obstetric nursing can shorten the delivery time of primiparas,improve maternal and infant outcomes,and increase maternal breastfeeding ability and breastfeeding rate.
