喉癌患者术后自我感受负担现状及其相关危险因素分析

Analysis of Postoperative Self-perceived Burden and Related Risk Factors in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer

目的:探讨喉癌患者术后自我感受负担(SPB)现状及其相关危险因素。方法:选择2020年2月-2021年12月在江西省肿瘤医院行手术治疗的84例患者,收集、整理患者资料,分析喉癌患者术后SPB现状及其相关危险因素。结果:喉癌患者术后自我感受负担量表(SPBS)总分为(34.69±6.48)分;单因素分析显示,不同文化程度、婚姻状况、医疗费用付费方式、手术方式、术后放疗、家庭人均月收入、病理分期、自我管理效能的喉癌患者术后SPBS总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄、性别的喉癌患者术后SPBS总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素分析显示,文化程度低、无配偶、医疗费用自费、全喉手术、术后放疗、家庭人均月收入<3000元、病理分期Ⅲ期、自我管理效能低水平是影响喉癌患者术后SPB的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论:喉癌患者术后SPB主要处于中等水平,其受文化程度、婚姻状况、医疗费用付费方式、手术方式、术后放疗、家庭人均月收入、病理分期、自我管理效能影响。

Objective:To investigate the status of postoperative self-perceived burden(SPB)in patients with laryngeal cancer and its related risk factors.Method:A total of 84 patients who underwent surgery in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected.The data of patient were collected and collated.The status of postoperative SPB in patients with laryngeal cancer and its related risk factors were analyzed.Result:The total score of postoperative self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)was(34.69±6.48)scores.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the total scores of postoperative SPBS of laryngeal cancer patients with different educational levels,marital status,payment methods of medical expense,surgical methods,postoperative radiotherapy,per capita monthly income of family,pathological stages and self-management efficiency(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the total scores of postoperative SPBS of laryngeal cancer patients with different ages and genders(P>0.05);multivariate analysis showed that low education level,no spouse,medical expenses at one’s own expense,total laryngeal surgery,postoperative radiotherapy,per capita monthly income of family<3000 yuan,pathological stage Ⅲ and low level of self-management efficiency were the high risk factors for postoperative SPB in laryngeal cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative SPB of patients with laryngeal cancer is mainly at medium level,which is affected by education level,marital status,payment mode of medical expenses,operation mode,postoperative radiotherapy,per capita monthly income of family,pathological stage and self-management efficiency.
