老年抑郁症与海马结构功能改变的相关机制 被引量:1

摘要 老年抑郁症是常见的一种精神疾病,以情绪焦虑或低落、精力减退、自我评价过低为主要表现,可伴随着语言功能障碍、运动障碍、神经认知障碍,严重者可产生自杀行为。目前老年抑郁症发病机制不明,海马作为边缘系统的一部分,参与机体的认知功能、情绪调节等方面。有研究表明,老年抑郁症与海马的结构、功能改变有关。现通过围绕大脑海马结构和功能改变进行综合性分析,为老年抑郁患者的诊治提供新的思路。 Late life depression is a common mental illness at present,which mainly manifests as anxiety,energy loss,low mood,and low self-evaluation,it can be accompanied by language dysfunction,movement disorders,and neurocognitive disorders,in severe cases,suicidal behavior can occur.At present,the pathogenesis of late life depression is unknown,as a part of the limbic system,the hippocampus participates in the body’s cognitive function and emotional regulation.Studies have shown that late life depression is related to changes in the structure and function of the hippocampus.Now,through a comprehensive analysis of the changes in the structure and function of the hippocampus in the brain,providing new diagnosis and treatment for elderly depression ideas.
