2017-2020年广西某三甲医院糖尿病患者住院费用研究

Study on hospitalization cost of patients with diabetes in a tertiary hospital of Guangxi from 2017 to 2020

目的分析糖尿病患者住院费用的构成及影响因素,为减轻糖尿病患者的疾病经济负担提供依据。方法采用灰色关联分析和结构变动度分析法对2017—2020年广西某三甲医院4496例糖尿病患者的住院费用进行分析。结果通过灰色关联分析发现,2017—2020年与次均住院费用关联度前三位的费用分别为治疗费(0.969)、中药费(0.922)和诊断费(0.920);结构变动度结果显示,糖尿病患者在2019—2020年占比前三位的住院费分别为西药费(48.40%)、诊断费(42.22%)和治疗费(5.53%)。结论治疗费、药费、诊断费在糖尿病住院患者中所占的经济负担较重;建议国家、政府、社会、医院、个人协同治理,改善住院费用结构,减轻糖尿病患者的住院经济负担。

Objective To analyze the composition and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of diabetic patients,and to provide basis for reducing the economic burden of diabetes.Methods Grey correlation analysis and structural variation analysis were used to analyze the inpatient expenses of 4496 patients with diabetes in a third class a hospital in Guangxi from 2017 to 2020.Results By grey correlation analysis,the top three costs associated with per hospitalization cost during 2017-2020 were treatment cost(0.969),Chinese medicine cost(0.922)and diagnosis cost(0.920).The results of structural variation showed that the top three hospitalization expenses of diabetic patients in 2019-2020 were western medicine expenses(48.40%),diagnosis expenses(42.22%)and treatment expenses(5.53%).Conclusion The economic burden of treatment cost,drug cost and diagnosis cost is heavy in diabetic inpatients.It is suggested that the state,government,society,hospital and individual should cooperate to improve the hospitalization cost structure and reduce the hospitalization economic burden of diabetes patients.
