摘要
混凝土中使用硅灰等量置换水泥,能使混凝土具有更良好的力学性能,因此掺硅灰混凝土在土木工程中具有广阔的应用前景。为研究掺硅灰混凝土的力学性能,广泛选取来源于不同课题组的122组掺硅灰混凝土强度试验结果,建立试验数据库。通过对掺硅灰混凝土强度的相关研究成果进行理论分析,基于JGJ 55—2011《普通混凝土配合比设计规程》提出掺硅灰混凝土(单掺硅灰或复掺硅灰、粉煤灰、矿渣)的强度计算模型式,并对比相关试验结果,验证了计算模型式具有较好的预测精度。
The use of silica fume to replace cement in concrete can make the concrete have better mechanical properties.Therefore,silica fume concrete has broad application prospects in civil engineering.The strength test results of 122 groups of silica fume concrete from different research groups were widely selected and the test database was established.Through theoretical analysis of the relevant research results of the compressive strength with silica fume concrete,and according to“Specification for mix proportion design of ordinary concrete”(JGJ 55—2011),the calculation model formula of silica fume concrete(single-mixed silica fume or mixed silica fume,flyash,slag)strength is proposed,and compared with relevant test data verifies that the formula has good prediction accuracy.
