废玻璃粉对水泥基挤出材料力学性能及微观结构的影响

摘要 废玻璃是目前常见的建筑废弃物,将废玻璃粉碎磨成废玻璃粉作为活性粉末加入到水泥基挤出材料中可以有效的进行固废利用、解决环境污染问题。研究了废玻璃粉不同掺加量对水泥基挤出材料力学性能及微观结构的影响。研究结果表明:当所制备的水泥基挤出材料养护周期为3、7 d时,不利于试样强度的氢氧化钙产物较多,由于废玻璃粉早期火山灰活性较弱使得其力学性能有所下降,随着龄期的延长至28 d,由于废玻璃粉的火山灰效应,与氢氧化钙发生二次水化,产生较多的水化硅酸钙相以及水化铝酸钙相,使得水泥基挤出材料的力学性能有所改善。当废玻璃粉的添加量为30%时,其力学性能较基准组提高了27%。微观结构表明添加废玻璃粉的试样更为致密,这主要归因于废玻璃粉良好的微集料填充作用和火山灰效应。 Waste glass is a common construction waste at present.Crushing and grinding waste glass into waste glass powders as active powders can effectively utilize solid waste and solve the problem of environmental pollution.The effects of different content of waste glass powders on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cement-based extrusion materials were studied.The results show that when the curing period of the prepared cement-based extrusion materials were 3 d and 7 d,there are more calcium hydroxide products that are not conducive to the strength of the sample.Due to the weak pozzolanic activity of waste glass powders in the early stage,its mechanical properties decline.With the extension of age to 28 d,due to the pozzolanic effect of waste glass powders,it has secondary hydration with calcium hydroxide.More hydrated calcium silicate phase and hydrated calcium aluminate phase are produced,which improves the mechanical properties of cement-based extrusion materials.When the addition of waste glass powders was 30%,its mechanical properties were improved by 27% compared with the reference group.The microstructure shows that the samples with waste glass powders are more dense,which is mainly due to the good micro aggregate filling effect and pozzolanic effect of waste glass powders.
