摘要
在防辐射混凝土中,重金属的含量对于γ射线屏蔽性能具有重要作用。采用铅锌矿原石制备了混凝土粗、细骨料,设计了5组不同水灰比的铅锌矿防辐射混凝土,并测量其流动性、力学性能(抗压强度、弹性模量)以及对γ射线的屏蔽性能。试验结果表明:混凝土拌合物的坍落度随着水灰比的增大而增大,反之抗压强度和弹性模量随之降低;相比于普通混凝土,铅锌矿混凝土对γ射线的屏蔽性能明显增强,且随表观密度的增大而增大,若两种混凝土要达到相同的屏蔽性能,铅锌矿混凝土的厚度仅为普通混凝土的0.65倍。
In the radiation shielding concrete,the content of heavy metals plays an important role in the γ-ray shielding performance.It uses lead-zinc raw ore to prepare concrete coarse and fine aggregates,designs five groups of lead-zinc ore radiation shielding concretes with different water-cement ratios,and measures their fluidity,mechanical properties(compressive strength,modulus of elasticity),and shielding performance of gamma rays.The experimental results show that the slump of the concrete mixture increases with the increase of the water-cement ratio,while the compressive strength and modulus of elasticity decrease accordingly.Compared with ordinary concrete,the γ-ray shielding performance of lead-zinc ore concrete is significantly enhanced,and increases with the increase of apparent density.If two kinds of concrete want to achieve the same shielding performance,the thickness of lead-zinc ore concrete is only 0.65 times of that of ordinary concrete.
