摘要
为研究不同种类加固砂浆与基面的界面黏结性能,分别在砌体和混凝土基面上对普通水泥砂浆、环氧砂浆和丙烯酸砂浆进行了拉拔试验,分析了不同种类砂浆的破坏模式和拉拔强度。结果表明:环氧砂浆和丙烯酸砂浆有效改善了试件的破坏模式,使破坏由黏结界面破坏转变为基材内部破坏。砌体基面上,环氧砂浆和丙烯酸砂浆的拉拔强度与普通砂浆相比分别提高了63.8%和87.6%;混凝土基面上,环氧砂浆和丙烯酸砂浆的拉拔强度与普通砂浆相比分别提高了43.9%和90.2%。环氧砂浆和丙烯酸砂浆的界面黏结性能更好,更能保证复合砂浆加固系统与原结构的有效黏结。
In order to study the interface bond behavior between different kinds of strengthening mortar and base surface,pull-out tests were carried out on common cement mortar,epoxy mortar and acrylic mortar on masonry and concrete base surface respectively.The failure mode and pull-out strength of different kinds of mortar were analyzed.The results show that the epoxy mortar and acrylic mortar can effectively improve the failure mode of the specimens,exchanging from interface failure to internal failure.Compared with common cement mortar,the pull-out strength of epoxy mortar and acrylic mortar respectively increased by 63.8% and 87.6% on the masonry surface,and the pull-out strength of epoxy mortar and acrylic mortar respectively increased by 43.9% and 90.2% on the concrete surface.The interface bond behavior of epoxy mortar and acrylic mortar is much better,which can ensure the effective bonding between the composite mortar and the primary structure.
