摘要
针对当前新能源高占比以及常规火电机组节能、环保等管控形势的日趋严峻,在电网设备运行风险管控、涉网设备管理及技术监督方面存在很多短板和不足等问题,提出“三全三化”网源协调管理方法,加强技术监督与管控,强化电网支撑能力,加强源侧信息的互联互通,全面提升网源协调涉网监督管理支撑水平。
In view of the high proportion of new energy and the increasingly severe management and control situation of conventional thermal power units such as energy saving and environmental protection,there are many shortcomings and deficiencies in power grid equipment operation risk management and control,network-related equipment management and technical supervision.In order to solve these problems,the‘three complete and three process’management method of network source coordination is proposed to strengthen technical supervision and control,strengthen the power grid support capacity,strengthen the interconnection of source side information,and comprehensively improve the network related supervision and management support level of network source coordination.
