水轮发电机组一人多机智能制造生产模式的应用

摘要 开展水轮发电机组关键零部件一人多机生产模式重塑、智能制造应用探索,形成的大型设备的一人多机操作模式、MES系统派工及生产执行、NDC系统进行现场装备数据采集与可视化监控及数控程序线上传输,辐射到离散型单件多品种定制化零件加工车间管理模式等方面,提供示范样板。在水电装备行业以及同类离散型装备制造行业应用,有利于促进水力发电装备制造行业智能制造水平的整体提升,实现降本增效、提质提效,部分加工中心实现无人值守。 This paper carries out the reshaping of the production mode of one person and many machines for key parts of hydraulic turbine generator set and the exploration of intelligent manufacturing application,forms the one person and many machines operation mode of large-scale equipment,MES system dispatch and production execution,NDC system for on-site equipment data collection and visual monitoring and online transmission of NC program,radiates to the management mode of discrete single piece and multi variety customized parts processing workshop,and provides a demonstration model.The application in hydropower equipment industry and similar discrete equipment manufacturing industry is conducive to promoting the overall improvement of intelligent manufacturing level in hydropower equipment manufacturing industry,realizing cost reduction and efficiency increase,quality improvement and efficiency improvement,and some processing centers are unattended.
