基于AP1000核电厂常规岛的性能试验研究

摘要 阐述AP1000核电厂常规岛性能试验方法,首次对某电厂1250 MW机组进行性能试验,对基于凝结水流量及给水流量两种测量方式下的试验方法进行对比分析,分别进行额定工况出力、SCR工况出力、第一级进汽压力及最终给水温度四项测试。对试验结果进行分析后得出,两种测量方式下的测试结果均优于机组的设计值。通过此次性能试验研究,可更好掌握机组的性能指标,为机组生产管理提供理论依据。 This paper describes the performance test method of conventional island in AP1000 nuclear power plant.The performance test of 1250 MW unit in a power plant is carried out for the first time.The test methods based on two measurement methods of condensate flow and feedwater flow are compared and analyzed.Four tests are carried out respectively,including the rated working condition output,SCR working condition output,first stage inlet steam pressure and final feedwater temperature.After analyzing the test results,it is concluded that the test results under the two measurement methods are better than the design value of the unit.Through this performance test,we can better grasp the performance indicators of the unit and provide a theoretical basis for the production management of the unit.
