摘要
以某火力发电厂630 MW超临界火电机组为例,分析了主要辅机故障快速减负荷RB动作后机组相关性能指标,及一次风机原RB控制策略的不足,并据此对磨煤机、主蒸汽压力及煤种校正等控制逻辑进行了改进。试验证明,优化后的一次风机RB功能正确可靠,取得了预期效果。
Taking a 630 MW supercritical thermal power unit in a thermal power plant as an example,this paper analyzes the relevant performance indicators of the unit after the rapid load reduction RB action of the main auxiliary equipment fault,and the deficiencies of the original RB control strategy of the primary air fan,and improves the control logic of the coal mill,main steam pressure and coal correction.The test shows that the optimized primary air fan RB function is correct and reliable,and the expected effect is achieved.
