白象山铁尾矿微粉对水泥基灌浆材料性能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用白象山铁尾矿微粉替代部分水泥与粉煤灰制备水泥基灌浆材料,研究了铁尾矿微粉的掺入对灌浆材料流动性、力学性能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:铁尾矿微粉掺量越大,灌浆材料的流动性与力学性能越差;掺入铁尾矿微粉有利于灌浆材料后期强度的发展;铁尾矿微粉的替代率为23%时,灌浆材料的初始流动度和30min流动度分别为18.83 s与25.27 s,7 d和28 d抗压强度分别为39.51 MPa与57.53 MPa,7 d和28 d抗折强度分别为9.6 MPa与11.2 MPa,满足水泥基灌浆材料标准;掺入铁尾矿微粉可以提高灌浆材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。研究成果对今后铁尾矿微粉的利用以及水泥基灌浆材料的发展具有一定的参考价值。 The cementitious grout was prepared by replacing part of cement and fly ash with Baixiangshan iron tailings micro powder.The effects of iron tailings micro powder on the fluidity,mechanical properties and sulphate corrosion resistance of grouting materials were studied.The results show that the greater the amount of iron tailings micro powder is,the worse the fluidity and mechanical properties of grouting materials are;The addition of iron tailings micro powder is conducive to the development of grouting material strength;When the replacement rate of iron micro tailings powder is 23%,the initial fluidity and 30 min fluidity of grouting materials are 18.83 s and 25.27 s respectively,the compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d are 39.51MPa and 57.53 MPa respectively,and flexural strength of 7 d and 28 d are 9.6 MPa and 11.2 MPa respectively,which meet the standard of cementitious grout;The addition of iron tailings micro powder can improve the sulphate corrosion resistance of the grouting material.The research results have certain reference value for the utilization of iron tailings micro powder and the development of cementitious grout materials in the future.
