黑龙江某矽卡岩型铅锌伴生银矿石选矿试验 被引量:1

摘要 为高效开发利用黑龙江省某矽卡岩型铅锌伴生银矿石,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对其进行了选矿试验研究。矿石含铅1.64%、含锌3.53%,是试验回收的主要元素,伴生银含量101.10 g/t,可综合回收。矿石结构主要为他形粒状结构,其次为交代结构和包含结构,矿石构造主要为浸染状构造、块状构造和细脉状构造。矿石中铅主要以方铅矿形式存在,分布率为66.23%,锌主要以闪锌矿形式存在,分布率为81.45%。采用铅优先浮选流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占81%的条件下,以硫酸锌和生石灰为抑制剂、乙硫氮为捕收剂,经1粗1精选铅,得到铅品位65.32%、银品位1120.00 g/t、铅回收率73.14%、银回收率18.17%、含锌4.30%、锌回收率2.06%的铅精矿,选铅尾矿以硫酸铜为活化剂、丁胺黑药为捕收剂经1粗2精1扫选锌,获得了锌品位51.36%、银品位262.00 g/t、锌回收率86.03%、银回收率14.85%、含铅2.52%、铅回收率9.78%的锌精矿。试验结果可为该矿地质评价和同类型矿石开发利用提供参考依据。 In order to efficiently develop and utilize a skarn-type lead-zinc associated silver resource in Heilongjiang Province,the beneficiation test was carried out on the basis of process mineralogy research.The ore contains 1.64%lead and 3.53%zinc,which is the main mineral recovered in the test.The associated silver content is 101.10 g/t,which can be recovered comprehensively.The ore structure is mainly granular structure,followed by metasomatic structure and inclusion structure.The ore texture is mainly disseminated texture,massive texture and veinlet texture.Lead in ore mainly exists in the form of galena,the distribution rate is 66.23%,zinc mainly exists in the form of sphalerite,the distribution rate is 81.45%.The test adopted the lead preferential flotation process.Under the condition that the grinding fineness was-0.074 mm accounted for 81%,zinc sulfate and quicklime were used as inhibitors,and diethyldithiocarbamate was used as collector.After one roughing and one cleaning lead flotation,the lead concentrate with lead grade of 65.32%,silver grade of 1120.00 g/t,lead recovery of 73.14%,silver recovery of 18.17%,zinc content of 4.30% and zinc recovery of 2.06% was obtained.The lead tailings were treated with copper sulfate as activator and butylamine aerofloat as collector.After one roughing two cleaning one scavenging zinc flotation,the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 51.36%,silver grade of 262.00 g/t,zinc recovery of 86.03%,silver recovery of 14.85%,lead content of 2.52% and lead recovery of 9.78% was obtained.The test results can provide reference basis for the geological evaluation of the mine and the development and utilization of the same type of the ore.
