摘要 岩石损伤与破坏的预测预警是岩石力学的基本问题。在岩石单轴压缩实验中,通过Lab VIEW二次开发的方式实时获取实验过程中应变、表面散斑图像、声发射测试数据,采用HTTP、WebSocket等数据传输协议实时传输数据,搭建了“端—边—云”3层架构的岩石失稳破坏过程监测预警系统,实现了多元化监测数据的实时采集与动态融合,并对岩石单轴压缩破坏进行实时预测预警。该软件系统能够先于传统上的基于声发射振铃数和能量释放率的前兆特征,预测方法更为可靠,更具实际意义。该系统可迁移至矿山现场应用之中,为基于多元异构现场监测数据融合来进行矿山地质工程灾害预测预警提供了技术支撑。 The prediction and early warning of rock damage and failure is a fundamental issue of rock mechanics.In the uniaxial compression experiment of rock specimen,strain,surface speckle image and acoustic emission data were collected in real-time mode through the secondary development of Lab VIEW,and the data were transmitted in real-time through data transmission protocols such as HTTP and Web Socket.A three-layer structure(End-Edge-Cloud)of rock instability and failure process monitoring and early warning system was built,realizing the real-time collection and dynamic fusion of diversified monitoring data,The failure of rock under uniaxial compression is predicted in real time.The software system can precede the traditional precursory characteristics based on acoustic emission count and energy release rate,and the prediction method is more reliable and practical.The system can be migrated to the mine field application,and provides technical support for the prediction and early warning of mine geological engineering disasters based on the multi heterogeneous field monitoring data fusion.
