摘要
基于磁铁矿尾矿的化学成分及粒度组成分析,探索了反应温度、反应时间、液固比和NaOH浓度对制备的磁铁矿尾矿硅肥中有效硅含量的影响,并研究了加水量、圆盘倾角、圆盘转速3个因素对球团造粒效果的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为170℃、反应时间为7h、液固比为3mL/g、NaOH浓度为35%时,磁铁矿尾矿硅肥样品的有效硅含量最高,为34.7%;在加水量为25%、圆盘倾角为50°、圆盘转速为50r/min时,粒状硅肥的性能最佳,其成球率为93.6%、崩解时间为42.8s、颗粒破坏力为8.9N。在最佳工艺下制备的粒状硅肥,有效硅含量较高,遇水能够快速崩解,并具有一定的强度,使用更加方便安全。利用磁铁矿尾矿制备粒状硅肥,既节约了尾矿库的管理费用,又为企业带来了经济收益。
Based on the analysis of chemical composition and particle size composition of magnetic tailings,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio and mass fraction of Na OH solution on the effective silicon content were explored.Three factors of disc rotation speed on pelletizing effect and performance of granular silicon fertilizer under different improvement modes.The results show that:when the reaction temperature is 170℃,the reaction time is 7 h,the liquid-solid ratio is 3 m L/g,and the mass fraction of Na OH solution is 35%,the highest effective silicon content of the magnetite tailings silicon fertilizer samples is 34.7%.When the inclination angle of the disc is 50°and the inclination speed of the disc is 50r/min,the performance of granular silicon fertilizer is the best,with 93.6% balling rate,42.8 s disintegration time and 8.9 N particle destructive power.The granular silicon fertilizer prepared under the optimum process has high content of available silicon,can disintegrate quickly when it meets water,has certain strength,and is more convenient and safer to use.Using magnetite tailings to prepare granular silicon fertilizer not only saves the management cost of tailings pond,but also brings economic benefits to enterprises.
