冠心病PCI术后并发心力衰竭的危险因素分析

Analysis of the Risk Factors of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure after PCI

目的:分析冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后并发心力衰竭的危险因素。方法:收集粤北人民医院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的行PCI术冠心病患者临床资料,其中术后未发生心力衰竭患者128例(未发生组),发生心力衰竭患者131例(发生组)。比较两组可能的影响因素,分析PCI术后并发心力衰竭的独立危险因素。结果:心律失常、术前N末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、病变血管数目、术前左心室射血分数(LVEF)是冠心病PCI术后并发心力衰竭的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:并发心律失常、术前NT-proBNP水平、多支血管病变是冠心病PCI术后并发心力衰竭的独立危险因素,术前LVEF是冠心病PCI术后并发心力衰竭的保护性因素。

Objective:To analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure after PCI.Method:The clinical data of patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in Yuebei People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were collected,there were 128 patients without heart failure(non-occurrence group)and 131 patients with heart failure(occurrence group).The possible influencing factors of the two groups were compared,and the independent risk factors of heart failure after PCI were analyzed.Result:Arrhythmia,preoperative NT-proBNP level,number of diseased vessels,preoperative LVEF were the influencing factors of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion:Concurrent arrhythmia,preoperative NT-proBNP level,multiple vessels disease are independent risk factors for heart failure after PCI,preoperative LVEF is a protective factor for heart failure after PCI.
