黄芪注射液对肾病综合征患者肾血流参数及肾损害相关血液指标的影响

The Influence of Astragalus Injection on Renal Blood Flow Parameters and Blood Indexes Related to Renal Damage in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:探究黄芪注射液对肾病综合征患者肾血流参数及肾损害相关血液指标的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年12月盐城德馨医院收治的80例肾病综合征患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组进行常规肾病综合征治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用黄芪注射液。比较两组肾病综合征治疗总有效率、治疗前后的肾血流参数[肾段动脉及叶间动脉收缩期血流速(Vs)、舒张期血流速(Vd)、搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)]及肾损害相关血液指标[中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)、胱抑素C(Cyc C)及β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)]。结果:治疗4、8周后,观察组总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肾血流参数及肾损害相关血液指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8周,观察组肾血流参数及肾损害相关血液指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液在肾病综合征患者中的疗效较好,且可显著改善患者的肾血流参数及肾损害相关血液指标,应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the influence of Astragalus Injection on renal blood flow parameters and blood indexes related to renal damage in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Method:A total of 80 patients with nephrotic syndrome in Yancheng Dexin Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group 40 cases and observation group 40 cases by the random number table.The control group was treated with routine treatment for nephrotic syndrome,the observation group was treated with Astragalus Injection on the basis of control group.Then the total effective rates of nephrotic syndrome,renal blood flow parameters[systolic flow velocity(Vs),diastolic flow velocity(Vd),pulsatile index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of renal segmental artery and interlobar artery]and blood indexes related to renal damage[neutrophil gelatinaseassociated lipocalin(NGAL),Cystatin C(Cyc C)andβ_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)]before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in renal blood flow parameters and blood indexes related to renal damage between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the renal blood flow parameters and blood indexes related to renal damage of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Astragalus Injection in patients with nephrotic syndrome is better,and it can significantly improve the renal blood flow parameters and blood indexes related to renal damage of patients,so its application value is higher.
