维生素C与奥美拉唑联合复方甘草酸苷治疗过敏性紫癜的效果分析

Efficacy of Vitamin C and Omeprazole Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Henoch-Schönlein Purpura

目的:观察过敏性紫癜应用维生素C+奥美拉唑+复方甘草酸苷的疗效。方法:选取湖南省人民医院2021年1-12月收治的70例过敏性紫癜患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组35例。对照组患儿入院后采取常规治疗方案,观察组患儿在此基础上给予维生素C+奥美拉唑+复方甘草酸苷治疗。比较两组患儿用药后的炎症指标、肾功能指标及症状消退时间。结果:观察组患儿各类症状消退用时均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的炎症因子均较对照组改善幅度更大(P<0.05);观察组患儿的肾功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在过敏性紫癜患儿的治疗中,维生素C+奥美拉唑+复方甘草酸苷可改善其炎症因子指标与肾功能,促进症状的消退,用药安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the effect of vitamin C,Omeprazole and Compound Glycyrrhizin on Henoch-Schönlein purpura.Method:A total of 70 cases of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura admitted to Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected,they were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with routine treatment after admission,and the children in the observation group were treated with vitamin C,Omeprazole and Compound Glycyrrhizin.The inflammatory indexes,renal function indexes and symptom regression time of the two groups were compared.Result:The time of symptom regression in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the inflammatory factors in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05);the indexes of renal function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin C,Omeprazole and Compound Glycyrrhizin can improve the indexes of inflammatory factors and renal function in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura,promote the regression of symptoms,and have good drug safety.
