流感病毒感染患儿血清维生素D_(3)、IL-10、IL-17水平与病情进展的关系 被引量:1

Correlation between Serum Vitamin D_(3),IL-10,IL-17 Levels and Disease Progression of Children with Influenza Virus Infection

摘要 目的:探究及分析流感病毒感染患儿血清维生素D_(3)、IL-10、IL-17水平与病情进展的相关性。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月九江学院附属医院收治的90例流感病毒感染患儿,根据加拿大急性呼吸道疾病和流感量表(CARIFS)将其分为A组(33~48分)、B组(17~32分)和C组(≤16分),每组30例,选取同时期的30例体检健康儿童为D组。比较四组血清维生素D_(3)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平,同时比较A组、B组及C组中甲型及乙型流感病毒感染患儿的血清维生素D_(3)、IL-10、IL-17水平,采用Spearman秩相关分析血清维生素D_(3)、IL-10、IL-17与CARIFS评分的关系。结果:A组血清维生素D_(3)低于B组、C组及D组,B组低于C组及D组,C组低于D组(P<0.05)。A组血清IL-10及IL-17均高于B组、C组及D组,B组高于C组及D组,C组高于D组(P<0.05)。A组、B组及C组中甲型及乙型流感病毒感染患儿的血清维生素D_(3)和IL-10、IL-17水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,血清维生素D_(3)与CARIFS评分呈负相关,IL-10、IL-17与CARIFS评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:流感病毒感染患儿血清维生素D_(3)、IL-10、IL-17水平与病情进展密切相关,在本类患儿中的检测价值较高。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the correlation between serum Vitamin D_(3),IL-10,IL-17 levels and disease progression of children with influenza virus infection.Method:A total of 90 children with influenza virus infection in Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into group A(33 to 48 points),group B(17 to 32 points)and group C(≤16 points)according to the Canadian acute respiratory disease and influenza scale(CARIFS),with 30 cases in each group,and 30 healthy children with physical examination at the same time were chosen as the group D.Then the serum vitamin D_(3),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17(IL-17)were compared among four groups,and the serum vitamin D_(3),IL-10,IL-17 of group A,group B and group C with influenza A and B virus infection were compared,the correlation between serum Vitamin D_(3),IL-10,IL-17 levels and CARIFS scores were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:Serum vitamin D_(3)in group A were lower than those in group B,group C and group D,that in group B were lower than those in group C and group D,and that in group C was lower than that in group D(P<0.05).Serum IL-10 and IL-17 in group A were higher than those in group B,group C and group D,and those in group B were higher than those in group C and group D,and those in group C were higher than those in group D(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum levels of vitamin D_(3),IL-10 and IL-17 in children with influenza A virus infection in group A,group B and group C(P>0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum vitamin D_(3)was negatively correlated with CARIFS scores,while IL-10 and IL-17 were positively correlated with CARIFS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum Vitamin D_(3),IL-10 and IL-17 levels have close relationship with the disease progression of children with influenza virus infection,so their detection value in these children are higher.
