急性脑梗死静脉溶栓后早期神经功能恶化的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 静脉溶栓是缺血性脑梗死患者急性期首选血管再通治疗方式。及时的静脉溶栓能够改善部分患者的神经功能,然而仍有部分患者在溶栓后出现早期神经功能恶化(early neurological deterioration,END),病情进一步加重,这与患者3个月的不良预后密切相关。关于END的病因及预测因素尚未完全明确,许多相关研究仍在进行,本文将对END的预测因素进行简要综述。 Intravenous thrombolysis is the preferred vascular recanalization therapy in the acute phase among patients with ischemic stroke.Timely intravenous thrombolysis may improve the neurological function in some patients,however,some patients may still have an early neurological deterioration(END)following thrombolysis,the condition may be further aggravated,which is closely associated with the patient’s poor prognosis after three months.With regard to etiology and predictors of END,they are still not completely clear,many relevant studies are still ongoing,this paper has conducted a brief review with respect to predictors of END.
