Research Progress on Pharmacological Mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

血府逐瘀汤出自清代医家王清任的《医林改错》,是治疗血瘀证的经典代表方剂,在临床中广泛应用于冠心病、脑卒中、抑郁症等疾病的治疗,疗效安全可靠。通过对血府逐瘀汤组成功用、临床疗效研究、药理机制研究的相关文献进行检索与分析,为血府逐瘀汤治疗血瘀证科学依据的阐述和药理作用的进一步研究提供科学依据。

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction which comes from Medical Forest Correction,as a classic representative formula for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, is widely used in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease, stroke, depression and other diseases, with safe and reliable curative effect. The relevant literature is retrieved and analyzed on the successful use of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group,clinical efficacy research, and pharmacological mechanism research, so as to provide a reference for the elaboration of the scientific basis of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome and the further study of its pharmacological effects.
