肺炎支原体是儿童呼吸系统疾病的常见诱因,目前,常见的诊疗方法有中医、西医、中西医结合诊疗。中医将其归属于“肺炎喘嗽”,常以“宣肺止咳化痰”为法治疗。西医主要从吸附学说、呼吸窘迫综合征毒素损伤、免疫学说三方面论述,在诊疗上常选用抗生素、糖皮质激素、免疫制剂治疗。此外,在临床实践中,国内常用中西医结合诊疗。
