胫骨骨折术后早期功能锻炼依从性影响因素研究

Influence Factors of Compliance of Early Functional Exercise After Tibial Fracture

为了解骨科胫骨骨折患者术后早期功能锻炼依从性的情况,以助于胫骨骨折术后功能恢复,采用访谈法、护理效能测评法、单因素与Logistic逻辑回归分析法,对陕西省商洛市某医院骨科和西安市某医院骨科2020年12月到2021年3月住院的150例胫骨骨折术后患者早期功能锻炼依从性的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,胫骨骨折患者在住院期间术后早期进行功能锻炼,依从性好的人数89例,依从性差的人数61例,占40.67%。分析其影响因素发现年龄、文化程度、经济收入、术后骨折部位疼痛、早期功能锻炼医疗知识的了解、医疗设备费用、心理状况等均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。综合分析影响胫骨骨折患者术后早期功能锻炼依从性因素是多方面的,其中主要影响因素是年龄、经济收入、术后早期骨折部位疼痛及心理状况。医护人员应针对不同影响因素,制定全面合理的护理措施,提高患者术后早期功能锻炼依从性,加快患者肌肉组织的功能恢复。

To study the compliance with early functional exercise of postoperative patients with tibial fracture in Orthopedics Department, so as to facilitate their functional recovery, the factors influencing the compliance with early functional exercise of postoperative patients with tibial fracture were analyzed among 150 patients hospitalized in the Orthopedics Department of a hospital in Shangluo and Xi’an City of Shaanxi Province from December 2020 to March 2021, by the method of interview, Nursing Research Self-Efficacy Scale, Univariate Analysis and Logistic Regression. The results showed that, with early postoperative functional exercise during their hospital stay, 89 patients had good compliance while 61patients(accounting for 40.67%) had poor compliance. An analysis of their influencing factors revealed that the P values of age, education, economic income, postoperative pain in fracture site, knowledge of early functional exercise, cost of medical equipment and psychological state were all less than 0.05, with significant differences. Accordin g to a comprehensive analysis, the factors affecting the compliance with early functional exercise of postoperative patients with tibial fractures are multifaceted, the main risk ones of which are age, economic income, early postoperative pain in fracture site and psychological state. In response to different influencing factors, medical staff should formulate comprehensive and reasonable nursing measures to improve postoperative patients’ compliance with early functional exercise and speed up the functional recovery of the patients’ muscle tissues.
