摘要
采用X荧光预选-浮选联合工艺对陕西省商洛某钼矿废石中硫化钼的回收进行研究。结果表明,在分离阈值为0.17时,X荧光预选技术可从钼品位为0.048%的废石中获得钼品位为0.082%,回收率为90.28%的预选产品。预选后产品在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%,捕收剂煤油用量为240 g/t,调整剂水玻璃用量为2 000 g/t,起泡剂MIBC用量为66 g/t的条件下采用一粗-五精-一扫闭路流程可获得品位为45.3%,回收率为80.2%的钼精矿。X荧光预选-浮选联合工艺可高效回收试样钼矿废石中硫化钼。
The combined process of X-ray pre-concentration and flotation was used to recover Mo from waste rock of a molybdenum mine in Shangluo, Shaanxi Province. The results indicate that a primary concentrate of 0.082% Mo grade was obtained using X-ray pre-concentration technique from the raw materials containing 0.048% of Mo with a recovery of 90.28% when the separation threshold was set at0.17. A flotation concentrate of 45.3% Mo grade and operation recovery being 80.2% was achieved from the primary concentrate through a closed flowsheet of one roughing-five cleaning-one scavenging with the dosages of collector(kerosene), regulator(water glass), frother(MIBC) were respectively 240, 2 000, 66 g/t,and the grinding size of-0.074mm accounting for 85% for the primary concentrate. The combined process can recover MoS from the waste rock of molybdenum mine.
