1+X证书制度下工程管理专业课证融合人才培养模式研究

A Study on Talents Training Mode of Integration of Engineering Management Course and Certificate Under1+X Certificate System

1+X证书制度是我国人才培养供给侧改革的制度安排,意在解决我国技术技能人才短缺的现状。为确保1+X证书制度试点工作在应用型本科院校工程管理专业深入推进,通过问卷调查和实地走访,分析了应用型本科院校工程管理专业人才培养现状,研究了产业和区域经济发展下工程管理专业应用型人才的需求情况,提出了结合产业发展、重塑理念目标,深化课程改革、重构课程教学体系,拓宽引进渠道、建立多元化师资队伍,深化多元合作、形成立体化育人平台,创新教学方法、提升人才培养质量的人才培养模式和路径,以保证1+X证书制度在应用型本科院校工程管理专业顺利实施。

In order to solve the shortage of technical talents in China, 1+X certificate system is proposed.In order to ensure the in-depth promotion of the pilot work of 1 +X certificate system in application-oriented universities, this paper studied the cultivation status of engineering management talents in application-oriented universities through questionnaire survey and field visit. In industry and the regional economic development demand for application-oriented engineering management major as the breakthrough point. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of 1+X certificate system in engineering management major of application-oriented universities, we should target industry development, reshape idea, deepen the diverse cooperation, reconstruct curriculum teaching system, expand the channels of introduction, establish diversified teaching staff, build three-dimensional education platform, deepening the curriculum reform, innovate teaching methods and improve the quality of talent training.
