补阳还五汤治疗中风(中经络-气虚血瘀)的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Stroke(Middle Meridian-Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis)

目的研究补阳还五汤对中风的临床效果。方法选择重庆市东南医院在2018年1月—2021年5月收治的120例气虚血瘀型中风患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分成对照组(采用常规康复治疗)和观察组(采用补阳还五汤治疗),各60例。比较两组患者的各项治疗指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.7%高于对照组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.086,P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分、Berg平衡量表评分(BBS评分)、Fugl-meyer运动功能评测法(FMA评分)和日常生活能力评分(ADL评分)、步行能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气虚血瘀型患者通过补阳还五汤进行治疗,能够有效提升临床疗效,改善中医证候积分,提升患者运动能力,应用价值高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on stroke.Methods A total of 120 stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who were admitted to Chongqing Southeast Hospital from January 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(using conventional rehabilitation therapy)and the observation group(using Buyang Huanwu Decoction),with 60 cases in each.The treatment indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%higher than that in the control group 80.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.086,P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,Berg Balance Cale score(BBS score),Fugl-Meyer Motor function evaluation method(FMA score),Activity of Daily Living score(ADL score)and walking ability score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type by Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the TCM syndrome score,and improve the patient's exercise ability.It has high application value.
