探讨降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白联合白介素6动态检测在新生儿感染早期诊断中的价值

Exploring the Value of Procalcitonin,High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein Combined with Interleukin-6 Dynamic Detection in the Early Diagnosis of Neonatal Infection

目的研究降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合白介素6(IL-6)动态检测在新生儿感染早期诊断中的价值。方法以2020年2月-2021年8月江苏省泗洪中信医院新生儿科确诊为新生儿感染的112例新生儿为观察组,选取60名健康新生儿作为对照组,均接受PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6检测,分析诊断效能。结果观察组PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6水平为(5.12±0.67)ng/mL、(35.94±20.41)mg/L、(0.34±0.19)ng/mL,均高于对照组的(0.23±0.13)ng/mL、(4.52±2.49)mg/L、(0.06±0.03)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=55.900、11.861、11.325,P<0.05)。观察组入院各个时间点之间的指标水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=2610.223、224.101、263.367,P<0.05)。PCT+hs-CRP+IL-6联合检测诊断新生儿感染的准确性为58.72%,敏感性为56.25%,特异性为63.33%。结论3项指标联合检测显示对新生儿感染有一定诊断效能,提示检测上述指标水平可辅助诊断新生儿感染。

Objective To study the value of dynamic detection of procalcitonin(PCT),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)combined with interleukin-6(IL-6)in the early diagnosis of neonatal infection.Methods From February 2020 to August 2021,112 neonates who were diagnosed with neonatal infection in the Inspection Department of CITIC Hospital,Sihong,Jiangsu Province were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy neonates were selected as the control group.All of them received PCT,hs CRP and IL-6 tests to analyze the diagnostic efficacy.Results The levels of PCT,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were(5.12±0.67)ng/mL,(35.94±20.41)mg/L,and(0.34±0.19)ng/mL,all were higher than the control group(0.23±0.13)ng/mL,(4.52±2.49)mg/L,(0.06±0.03)ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=55.900,11.861,11.325,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the index levels between the admission time points of the observation group(F=2610.223,224.101,263.367,P<0.05).The accuracy of PCT+hs-CRP+IL-6 combined detection in the diagnosis of neonatal infection was 58.72%,the sensitivity was 56.25%,and the specificity was 63.33%.Conclusion The combined detection of the three indicators shows a certain diagnostic efficacy for neonatal infection,suggesting that the detection of these indicators can assist in the diagnosis of neonatal infection.
