PCR检验法和细菌培养法在阴道细菌检验中的效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Effect of PCR Test Method and Bacterial Culture Method in Vaginal Bacteria Test

目的探析阴道细菌检验中使用PCR检验法和细菌培养法的检验效果。方法对2021年1—12月在曹县人民医院检验科就诊的120例细菌性阴道炎患者进行临床研究,采集患者阴道分泌物,其中接受细菌培养法检测的为对照组(60例),接受PCR检验法检测的为观察组(60例),记录两组阳性检出率,对比患者3种细菌的检出差异。结果观察组阳性检出率为91.67%显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.415,P<0.05);观察组棒状杆菌、肠球菌、加纳特菌检出率分别为95.00%、90.00%、90.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道细菌检验中采取PCR检验法,取得了不错的检验效果,阳性检出率更高,具有较高的临床检验价值。

Objective To explore the effect of PCR test and bacterial culture method in vaginal bacterial test.Methods From January to December,2021 clinical laboratory in Caoxian People's Hospital clinical study of 120 patients with bacterial vaginosis,for patients with vaginal secretions were collected,including tested for bacteria culture method set as control group(60 cases),accepted the PCR test to detect set as the observation group(60 cases),recorded the positive detection rate in both groups.The detection differences of three kinds of bacteria in patients were compared.Results The positive detection rate of observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.415,P<0.05).The detection rates of Corynebacterium,Enterococcus and Ghanaite in observation group were 95.00%,90.00%and 90.00%,respectively,higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PCR test method is adopted in vaginal bacteria test,which has achieved good test results,and has a higher positive detection rate,which has a high clinical test value.
