银屑病药浴1号方联合青黛膏封包治疗血热型银屑病的临床治疗效果

Clinical Effect of Psoriasis Medicated Bath No.1 Prescription Combined with Qingdai Ointment in the Treatment of Blood-heat Psoriasis

目的评估血热型银屑病患者应用银屑病药浴1号方联合青黛膏封包治疗的效果。方法选择解放军第970医院皮肤科在2020年6月-2021年6月期间接诊的68例血热型银屑病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组34例,对照组采用凡士林联合双土饮治疗,观察组采用药浴1号方联合青黛膏封包治疗,将两组治疗总有效率、瘙痒情况、中医证候评分、寻常型银屑病主症量表评分予以比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.195,P<0.05)。观察组瘙痒程度评分(1.11±0.28)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.943,P<0.05)。观察组中医证候评分(瘙痒、口干舌燥、鳞屑)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组DLQI评分(8.15±1.52)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.290,P<0.05)。结论银屑病药浴1号方联合青黛膏封包治疗血热型银屑病的效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of psoriasis medicated bath No.1 prescription combined with Qingdai ointment in the treatment of blood-heat psoriasis patients.Methods A total of 68 patients with blood fever psoriasis admitted to the Department of Dermatology of the 970th Hospital of the People's Liberation Army from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vaseline combined with Shuangtuyin,and the observation group was treated with medicated bath No.1 prescription combined with Qingdai ointment.The total effective rate of treatment,pruritus,TCM syndrome score and psoriasis vulgaris main symptom scale score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 100.00%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.195,P<0.05).The score of itching degree in the observation group(1.11±0.28)points was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.943,P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores(pruritus,dry mouth,scale)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The DLQI score of the observation group(8.15±1.52)points was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.290,P<0.05).Conclusion Psoriasis medicated bath No.1 formula combined with Qingdai ointment has a significant effect on blood-heat psoriasis,and it has the value of use and promotion.
