化学发光免疫测定技术在甲状腺肿瘤检验中的价值

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤检验中化学发光免疫测定技术的价值。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2021年2月苏州市第九人民医院疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者80例作为甲状腺肿瘤组,均接受化学发光免疫测定技术、放射免疫测定技术检验。统计分析生化免疫指标水平、甲状腺球蛋白个数、水平、甲状腺功能、检验时间、诊断价值。结果两种技术检验TPOAB、TGAB水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化学发光免疫测定技术的TPOAB、TGAB阳性率均高于放射免疫测定技术检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学发光免疫测定技术的甲状腺球蛋白个数多于放射免疫测定技术检验,甲状腺球蛋白水平高于放射免疫测定技术检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学发光免疫测定技术的灵敏性96.67%、特异性96.00%、准确性96.25%、阳性预测值93.55%、阴性预测值97.96%均高于放射免疫测定技术检验,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.450、12.830、13.340、16.010、11.140,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺肿瘤检验中化学发光免疫测定技术的价值较放射免疫测定技术高。 Objective To explore the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected thyroid tumors in Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were retrospectively selected as thyroid tumor group.All patients were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay and radioimmunoassay.Statistical analysis of biochemical immune index levels,the number and level of thyroglobulin,thyroid function,test time,and diagnostic value.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TPOAB and TGAB between the two techniques(P>0.05).However,the positive rates of TPOAB and TGAB by chemiluminescence immunoassay were higher than those by radioimmunoassay,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of thyroglobulin in the chemiluminescence immunoassay technique was higher than that in the radioimmunoassay technique,and the thyroglobulin level was higher than that in the radioimmunoassay technique,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of chemiluminescence immunoassay was 96.67%,the specificity was 96.00%,the accuracy was 96.25%,the positive predictive value was 93.55%,and the negative predictive value was 97.96%,all were higher than the radioimmunoassay test,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.450,12.830,13.340,16.010,11.140,P<0.05).Conclusion The value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in thyroid tumor detection is higher than that of radioimmunoassay.
