摘要
八角茴香是我国药食同源的经济作物,具有健胃、祛风、镇痛等多种生物活性功效,被广泛地应用于食品工业、饮料业、制药业和酿造行业。目前八角茴香中研究最多的是八角茴香中的香气成分,其他相关成分的研究较少。该研究基于此,采用超声波辅助法对八角茴香中的活性成分三萜类化合物的提取工艺进行研究和优化,同时对八角茴香中三萜类成分的生物活性进行研究。研究结果表明,八角茴香中的活性成分三萜类提取的最佳加工工艺为乙醇浓度60%、超声时间60 min和超声温度40℃。
Star anise is an economic crop of the same origin of medicine and food in China. It has a variety of biological activities such as stomach strengthening, wind dispelling and abirritation, and it is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and brewing industries. At present, aroma components of star anise are studied the most in star anise, while other related components are rarely studied. In this study, the extraction process of triterpenoids from star anise is studied and optimized by ultrasonic-assisted method and the biological activities of triterpenoids from star anise are studied. The results show that the optimal extraction conditions of triterpenoids from star anise are ethanol concentration 60%, ultrasonic time 60 min and ultrasonic temperature 40 ℃.
