摘要
为探究影响服装接缝强力的因素,以6种不同组织结构的常用服装面料为研究对象,选取4种缝型、3种涤纶缝纫线和4针/cm的301线迹,设计正交试验,分别测试面料的经向和纬向接缝强力。试验结果表明:面料、缝线和缝型对织物接缝强力都有影响。根据多元回归分析,面料自身性能中的经纬向断裂强力显著影响织物的接缝强力,除此之外面料的纬密、厚度也对接缝强力有影响;缝型和缝线强力显著影响织物接缝强力,面料用缝型T4缝线L3缝合的试样的经纬向接缝强力都大于缝型T1缝线L1缝合的试样。
In order to explore the factors affecting the seam strength of garment,6 kinds of commonly used garment fabrics with different organizational structures were taken as the research objects,4 kinds of seam types,3 kinds of polyester sewing threads and 301 stitches of 4 stitches/cm were selected to design an orthogonal experimental scheme.The seam strength of the fabric was tested in the warp and weft directions respectively.The experimental results showed that the fabric,seam and seam type all affect and the fabric seam strength.According to the multiple regression analysis,the breaking strength of the fabric itself in the warp and weft direction significantly affected the seam strength of the fabric.In addition,the thickness and weft density of the fabric also affected the seam strength of the fabric.Seam type and sewing thread strength also significantly affected the fabric seam strength.When the fabric was stitched with seam T4 sewing thread L3,seam strength of the sample in the warp and weft directions was greater than that of the sample stitched with seam T1 sewing thread L1.
