Professor Jia Mei's experience intreating cancer pain from Sanjiao

癌性疼痛指癌症或癌症相关性病变及抗肿瘤治疗引起的疼痛,是癌症患者特别是癌症晚期患者最常见的症状,严重影响着患者的生活质量。癌性疼痛中医属于“痛症”范畴,多数医家对于疼痛的病因病机,多从“不通则痛”与“不荣则痛”的角度出发,较少从气血津失常阻滞三焦的角度出发。文章基于“三瘀致痛”,认为气血津的病理变化为癌性疼痛的病因,三者的病理产物“三瘀”,即气郁、血瘀、痰瘀分别阻滞三焦的气道、谷道、水道为核心病机,进而提出通三道,调三焦的治疗原则,形成了一套独特的中医诊疗思路。

Objective Cancer painrefers to the pain caused by cancer or cancer related diseases and anti-tumor treatment.It is the most common symptom of cancer patients,especially in advanced stage patients,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Cancer pain belongs to the category of“pain”in traditional Chinese medicine.Most doctors focus on the etiology and pathogenesis of pain from the perspective of“impassability leads to pain”and“nourishment leads to pain”,and less from the perspective of abnormal Qi,blood and Tianjin blocking Sanjiao.Therefore,based on the“pain caused by three blood stasis”,this paper believes that the pathological change of Qi,blood and fluid is the cause of cancer pain,and the pathological product of the three“three blood stasis”,that is,qi depression,blood stasis and phlegm and blood stasis block the airway,Valley and waterway of Sanjiao respectively,and then puts forward the treatment principle of connecting the three channels and adjusting the Sanjiao,forming a set of unique TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas.
