农村生态环境协同治理实现路径

Research on the Realization Path of Collaborative Governance of Rural Ecological Environment

随着环境问题的日益凸显,生态环境的治理成为我国政府工作的重心,并形成了一套具有中国特色的生态环境治理理论。荀王村位于临汾市,是我国典型的能源村镇,以煤炭和钢铁企业作为主要的经济来源,在发展经济的同时,也引发了诸多环境问题,一系列的生态环境问题影响着自然与社会经济的可持续发展。从农村环境治理的角度,在分析荀王村生态环境现状的基础上,找出生态环境治理过程中存在的问题,提出有针对性的对策建议,即政府要加大政策监管的力度,加强宣传提升民众的思想意识,钢铁企业要加大环境保护的力度。

With the increasing prominence of environmental problems,the management of ecological environment has become the focus of our government work,and formed a set of ecological environmental governance theory with Chinese characteristics.Xunwang Village,located in Linfen City,is a typical energy village and town in China.For a long time,it has relied on coal and related industries as the main supporting industries.With the rapid economic development,it has also caused many environmental problems,a series of ecological environmental problems affecting the sustainable development of nature and social economy.From the perspective of rural environmental governance,this paper tries to find out the existing problems in the process of ecological environmental governance on the basis of analyzing the current situation of Xunwang Village’s ecological environment,and puts forward targeted solutions,That is,the government should strengthen policy supervision,increase publicity and enhance people’s ideology,and steel enterprises should strengthen environmental protection.
