Cultivation of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability in the New Era Environment

在目前的教育改革背景下,高校的创新新创业教育已经从尝试探索阶段发展到细化分层、多元化发展新阶段。基于人才培养目标的构建,在新时代环境下,大学生的教育应重点关注学生学习能力的提升,不仅包括日常的知识学习,还必须包括对大学生创新创业能力的优化。对于毕业生的就业来讲,创新教育模式可以有效拓展大学生的就业渠道,开发学生的创业潜能。通过对新时代环境下大学生创业能力进行分析,提出具体的培养策略,即优化高校教师创新能力培养的观念,提升教育认知;有效加强高校教师队伍建设,充分把握教学前提;恰当进行创新创业课堂的构建,提升课堂质量;充分建立创新创业实践培养平台,增加实践机会;对于创新教育的培养模式进行有效的评价。

Under the background of the current education reform,the innovation and new entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has developed from the trial and exploration stage to a new stage of detailed stratification and diversified development. Based on the construction of talent training goals,in the new era environment,the education of college students should focus on the improvement of students ’learning ability,including not only daily knowledge learning,but also the optimization of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability. For the employment of graduates,innovative education mode can effectively expand the employment channels of college students and develop their entrepreneurial potential. By analyzing the entrepreneurial ability of college students in the new era environment,optimize the concept of cultivating college teachers’ innovation ability,improve the educational cognition,effectively improve the teaching premise,and fully improve the training platform of innovation and entrepreneurship practice,and effectively evaluate the training mode of innovative education.
