摘要
文章利用网络调查法分析了上海市19所大学图书馆的空间服务开展情况,采用问卷调查法从空间需求类型、空间服务需求类型、空间服务价值认知和偏好认知等方面详细探析了其中4所大学用户的空间需求,从用户需求视角总结了图书馆空间服务特征,提出了统筹空间规划、优化服务要素配置、围绕用户需求开展空间服务设计、并提升空间服务的智能化水平、建立用户参与的空间服务机制、系统揭示空间服务促进知晓度提升等优化策略,以期助力大学“双一流”建设,为“十四五”时期大学图书馆空间服务创新提供新思路、新方法、新途径。
The article analyzes the spatial service development of 19 university libraries in Shanghai by using network survey method,and explores the spatial needs of users in four of them in detail from the aspects of spatial demand type,spatial service demand type,spatial service value perception and preference perception by using questionnaire method,and summarizes the characteristics of library spatial service from the perspective of user needs.It puts forward the optimization strategies such as coordinating spatial planning,optimizing the allocation of service elements,designing spatial services around users’ needs,improving the intelligence of spatial services,establishing a spatial service mechanism for users’ participation,and systematically revealing spatial services to promote awareness,with a view to helping the "double first-class" construction of universities and providing new ideas,new methods and new ways for the innovation of university library space services in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
