考虑安全约束的地区电网精益化源网荷柔性互动控制系统 被引量:3

摘要 新型电力系统的构建过程中,催生大量新技术、新业态,电网运行特性也由源随荷动的实时平衡模式、大电网一体化控制模式,向源网荷储协同互动的非完全实时平衡模式、大电网与微电网协同控制模式转变。在此背景下,从电网安全角度出发,优先考虑用户调节意愿,计及电网安全约束调节,提出按调节速率、用户感知程度最低、经济代价最优等原则的控制策略,并在控制策略下发前进行安全校核,研发精益化源网荷柔性互动控制系统。在青岛电网进行示范应用,可实现源网荷储一体化协调控制,该精益化源网荷柔性互动控制系统可有效提升电网调节和灵活互动适应能力。 During the construction of the new power system,a large number of new technologies and business types will emerge.The operation characteristics of the power grid will change from the real⁃time balance mode of the source following the load and the integrated control mode of the large power grid to the incomplete real⁃time balance mode of the source grid load storage collaborative interaction and the collaborative control mode of the large power grid and the microgrid.From the perspective of power grid security,and giving priority to the adjustment willingness of users,taking into account the adjustment of power grid security constraints,a control strategy was proposed based on the principles of adjustment rate,the lowest user perception and the best economic cost.A source grid load flexible interactive control system considering safety verification was developed.The source grid load flexible interactive control system was applied in Qingdao power grid,which can realize the integrated coordinated control of source grid load and storage,and effectively improve the adaptability of power grid regulation and flexible interaction.
