农村宜居住房建设指标体系建立初探——以湖北省麻城市为例

Research on the Development of Rural Livable Housing Standardization——Take Macheng County as an Example

为提升农村人居环境质量,指导建设美丽宜居居住环境,推动实施乡村建设行动,整体提升乡村建设现代化水平,通过系统性总结分析相关政策、法律法规、标准规范等,结合麻城市农村住房建设特点和实际发展需求,用共同缔造理念作为指导思想,坚持为农民而建的原则,对农房建设从宜居性角度出发,提出了农村宜居住房建设标准化路径策略,并构建了科学合理的标准化指标体系。研究成果可为推动我国农村宜居住房建设标准化发展提供参考。

In order to improve the quality of rural living environment, guide the construction of livable rural housing, promote the implementation of rural construction actions and improve the modernization level of rural construction, the research has systematically summarized and analyzed the requirements of relevant policies, laws and regulations, standards and norms for the construction of livable rural housing, and deeply analyzed the characteristics and development needs of rural housing construction in Macheng County. Based on the concept of joint creation and the principle of building for farmers, the research puts forward put forward the standardized path strategy of rural livable housing construction, and constructs a scientific and reasonable standardized index system. The research results can provide reference for promoting the standardized development of rural livable housing construction in China.
