摘要
以薄层色谱(TLC)在有机合成中的应用为例,探讨了问题导向式的教学模式在有机合成课程中的应用。以薄层色谱分析中经常出现的典型问题为切入点,以理论为指导,同时结合启发式、讨论式等多种教学方法,充分增加了课堂上师生之间的互动交流,提升了课堂教学效果。实践表明,采用问题导向式的教学模式,在教学中设置层层深入的问题,能激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情,培养学生的科学探究精神和专业素养,也为有机合成课程教学设计提供一定的思路。
This article discusses the application of questions-oriented teaching mode in organic synthesis course. Taking the typical questions that often appear in thin-layer chromatography analysis as a start, using the theory as the guidance, and combining a heuristic process with discussion and other teaching methods, the classroom teaching effect is improved. Practice has shown that adopting questions-oriented teaching mode and setting up gradual in-depth questions in teaching can stimulate students’ interests and enthusiasm, and provide certain ideas for the course design of organic synthesis.
