维京邮轮大型舱室单元预变形仿真与控制研究 被引量:2

Research on Simulation and Control of Pre-deformation of Large Cabin Unit in Viking Cruise Ship

摘要 中大型邮轮模块化舱室单元的预制与安装是邮轮建造的趋势。大型舱室单元结构刚度较弱,且邮轮内装对结构变形的要求极为严格。论文推导了邮轮舱室单元板格结构的总变形计算公式,并通过多型船甲板板格的变形成分计算,证明了薄板结构二次变形分析的必要性。基于该理论,设计了维京邮轮大型舱室单元的结构,提出了大型舱室单元结构变形的评估方法与标准,并利用有限元法对该大型舱室单元进行了结构仿真分析。计算结果表明仿真的有效性,且与应力相比,大型舱室单元的变形是结构设计的主要影响因素,其中相对变形是最主要影响因素。对结构进行预变形设计,能大幅减小大型舱室单元在吊装工况下的相对变形,满足变形控制的要求。该项研究为国产中大型邮轮大型舱室单元的结构设计与评估提供了思路和建议。 It is a trend to prefabricate and install modular cabin units in middle or large size of cruise ships. A very large cabin unit structure is composed of thin plate frames with large span and results in weak stiffness,however the art of which interior has very strict requirement in deformation control. A formula for calculating total deformation of the cell plate structure in cruise cabin unit is derived. By calculating deformation components of the deck grillage for multi-types of ships, the necessity of secondary deformation analysis for thin plate structure is proved. Based on this theory, a very large cabin unit is designed, and related evaluation method and standard of structural deformation are put forward. The whole structure of the very large cabin unit is analyzed with finite element method. The result shows that the simulation method is effective, and the deformation of large cabin units is the main influencing factor in structural design. Relative deformation is a more important factor than the stress. The pre-deformation design of the structure can greatly reduce the relative deformation between the lifting state and the static state, meeting the requirements of deformation control. This study may provide some ideas and suggestions for the design and evaluation of very large cabin units in middle or large size of cruise ships.
