Research and Application of Deep-water Anchor Pile Installation Technology

摘要 多点系泊系统是半潜式生产平台的重要设施,用来抵抗恶劣海洋环境和限制平台偏移,以实现海上定位,锚桩安装是其中的重要一环。论文依托陵水17-2项目,以我国南海首个1500 m级半潜式生产平台“深海一号”能源站的安装作业为背景,对锚桩安装技术进行研究,对打桩锤进行了选型设计,成功完成了锚桩的安装并对关键技术进行了分析。这项成果在海洋石油工程领域填补了技术空白,也为今后浮式平台深水系泊系统锚桩安装提供了技术储备和经验。 Multi-point mooring system is an important facility for semi-submersible platforms and other floating facilities to resist harsh marine environments and limit facility deviation to achieve offshore positioning.Installation of anchor-piles is an important part of the mooring system.Based on the Lingshui 17-2 project and installation of the first 1500-meter semi-submersible platform"Deep Sea No.1"energy station in the South Sea in China,installation technologies of the anchor pile are studied.The pile hammer is selected and designed,and the anchor pile is successfully completed.Key technologies in the installation are analysed.Realization of these technologies fills the gap in Chinese technical field in offshore oil engineering,and provides technical reserves and experience for future pile installation of deep-water mooring systems.
