摘要
深水半潜式生产平台的噪声源包括常年工作的主机、泵、压缩机、液压单元和空调等设备。论文基于统计能量分析的基本原理,通过经验公式,结合有限元方法和统计能量法对空气噪声进行计算,评估了半潜式生产平台的板格结构振动频率和辐射的空气噪声,合成了总噪声级。结果表明噪声模拟结果满足规范要求。对半潜式生产平台提出了设计建议,并为其噪声评估提供了综合分析方法。
There are many noise sources on a deep-water semi-submersible production platform which are excited by turbines,pumps,compressors in the production area,hydraulic units and air conditioners.In this paper,based on the basic principle of statistical energy analysis,ventilation noise is estimated by the empirical formula,and combined with the finite element method and numerical analysis method,noise of plate structure and ventilation system,as well as aerodynamic noise is evaluated.Noise simulation results meet the specification requirements.The frequency domain noise evaluation results and design suggestions are presented for the semi-submersible production platform.
