基于北斗的应急支撑服务系统研究

Research on Emergency Support Service System Based on Beidou

本文运用了北斗导航定位技术、多网融合通信的组网方式,提出基于北斗的应急支撑服务系统设计方法。系统包括融合对讲、中继台、地面基站、卫星系统、对讲等物理设备;系统平台具备应急中心、应急大屏、管理运营、数据统计、实时监控、分组管理功能模块。系统可提升应急通信的综合组网能力,以及远程指挥调度协同效率。

In this paper,the Beidou navigation and positioning technology and the networking mode of multi-network unified communication are used,and the design method of emergency support service system based on Beidou is proposed.The system includes physical devices such as converged intercom,relay station,ground base station,satellite system,voice and location gateway,etc.The platform has emergency center,emergency big screen,management and operation,data statistics,real-time monitoring and grouping management function modules.The system can improve the comprehensive networking ability of emergency communication and the coordination efficiency of remote command and dispatch.
